According to every movies forum, new movie release “The Dark Knight Rises” is creating lots of movie news.
As is the case with most exciting movie pictures, “The Dark Knight Rises” is generating plenty of phony press releases, phony movie reviews, and tabloids are rife with rumors. So how does one know what’s true and what’s not? Well here’s some information that you can bet on.
Christian Bale will be reprising his role as Batman in what is sure to be one of the year’s top action movies. Unfortunately, Bale himself has said that he won’t be in any upcoming movies in this series: “Unless Chris (Christopher Nolan) says different, this will be the last time I’m playing Batman.”
Warner Bros., in hoping to make “The Dark Knight Rises” one of the top 10 movies of the year, has cast Ann Hathaway as Catwoman, and Tom Hardy will be playing Bane, the supervillain of the film. Some people were hoping that Halle Berry would play the role of Catwoman, but fans of Bale and Hathaway are thrilled! Christopher Nolan claims that villain The Riddler, Batman’s nemesis in a green suit, will not be appearing in this movie.
Another rumor, claiming that Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt would be having an “Inception” reunion in this movie are presently not true. It has been confirmed, though, that the actors are in discussions about the possibility. No decisions have been made. There is no truth to the rumors that Cotillard has agreed to play Talia al Ghul or that Gordon-Levitt will be playing The Black Mask.
Rumors that the score is epic have been confirmed and the composer, Hans Zimmer claims that it will “amaze.”
And this is what we know at this point. We can’t wait to see the movie trailer. Keep tuned for breaking news about “The Dark Knight Rises”!
